Founder LaunchBase — Privacy Policy

Data controller: Coexecute OÜ, registered in Estonia ("we," "us," "our"). Founder LaunchBase is a brand of Coexecute OÜ.

We collect different information depending on whether you sign up as a founder or apply as an operator.

If you join the founder waitlist, we collect:

• First and last name
• Location / country
• Company name (optional)
• Email address
• Your self-assessed programme stage (Validation, Pre-Seed, or Seed)
• The date and time of your registration

If you apply as an operator, we collect:

• First and last name
• Location / country
• Work email address
• Whether you are applying as an independent operator/freelancer or as an agency/firm
• Website (optional)
• LinkedIn profile link
• Your functional area and specialisms
• The product types and business models you have experience with
• The sectors you have experience in
• A free-text description of where you have operated and at what stage
• The date and time of your application

Please do not include health information, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or other special-category data in any free-text field, such as the operator application's description of your experience. If you do, we will only use it for the same purpose as the rest of your application.

The specific data we collect may change over time as Founder LaunchBase develops, for example as new form fields, application steps, or platform features are introduced. We will update this Privacy Policy to reflect any material change to what we collect.

We use this information to:

• Notify founder waitlist members about Founder LaunchBase programme updates and launch, and to match interested founders to the right programme stage
• Assess operator applications, including matching applicants to functional needs, and contact applicants about next steps in the process
• Understand demand for the programme and improve this website

We do not sell your data, and do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.

We process your data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by voluntarily submitting your email, and our legitimate interest in developing and communicating about Founder LaunchBase (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data submitted through this website is stored via our website and application infrastructure providers. [To finalise once the production platform and hosting/database provider are confirmed.] Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA by our service providers, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use third-party services to operate this website (for example, web font and hosting providers). These providers may process limited technical data, such as IP address, as part of delivering their service.

We retain waitlist and application data for as long as reasonably necessary to run the waitlist and launch the programme, or until you ask us to delete it.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time
